General Laborer (CDL Required)

Utility Maintenance and Inspections is looking for a hardworking and safety-driven General Laborer with a CDL to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work in the field, operating equipment, and being part of a team that keeps vital infrastructure running safely and efficiently.
Our crews perform a variety of utility maintenance and inspection services across Colorado, including hydro excavation, jetting, and CCTV inspections. We’re committed to safety, teamwork, and providing opportunities for career growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment, including vacuum and jetting trucks (CDL required).
- Assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of hydro excavation and inspection projects.
- Support CCTV inspection crews by preparing sites, handling hoses, and maintaining work zones.
- Perform manual labor such as digging, material handling, and general site maintenance.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment daily.
- Follow all company and job site safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with traffic control and site preparation as needed.
- Complete basic documentation such as job logs and safety checklists.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL (Class A preferred).
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
- Experience operating commercial or construction vehicles preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally for field assignments.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Experience in hydro excavation, utility locating, or pipeline maintenance.
- Mechanical aptitude or experience maintaining equipment.
- Basic understanding of confined space and trench safety procedures.
